Hi.
We are the Pet People. Studies have shown that kids in the ages of 5 to
9 get bit or scratched by their pets in their face more than any other
age group. You want to know why??? Well this is simply because of
unintended mistreat. They may hug a dog. No big deal right? Not exactly.
Dogs feel insecure when they are being held or hugged. What your pet is
comfortable with may vary on your pets personality. This blog has been
set up by the pet people of Longfellow middle school to help younger
kids in specific about how to help care for their animal. Thank you so
